Hey everyone, I just arrived in Kentucky for the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot which is being held this weekend at the Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point, KY.
It's a fun event where folks bring their machine guns out to shoot at a bunch of stuff. There's a night shoot, fun competitions, and lots of guns on display. Visitors can rent time on a machine gun and have a blast.
I'm lucky enough to have the NFA-TCA, a firearms trade organization, sponsor me for this trip, and I'll be shooting the MP5 in the open bolt submachine competition this Saturday. Holy smokes, the gun I had dreamed about as a kid, is the one I'll be competing with! It's basically a dream come true.
